Put in the oven for 10 minutes (180 degrees C) then remove, sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs on top to absorb moisture and prevent the sheet from getting wet, put the filling and then place the second sheet.
Prick the sheet from place to place with a fork, grease with beaten egg and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes or until nicely browned on top.
Allow to cool in the pan and then portion as desired.
