  • a banana
  • 50 gr melted chocolate

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Banana sandwiches:

First melt the chocolate on a bain-marie and let it cool a bit. I was patient and the result can be seen in the pictures :)) it is easier to use when it starts to harden a little.

Then cut the banana into slices and arrange some sandwiches like this: banana, cioco, thread, banana and chocolate again.

They are so easy to make!

leave them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes after making them

  • 40 g chia seeds (about 3 tablespoons with tip)
  • 2 small bananas
  • 150 g vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (sweetener / maple syrup)
  • vanilla

Carefully peel the bananas, break them into pieces and put them in a blender. Add the milk, vanilla, honey and mix until well blended.

I turned the composition over in a bowl and added the chia seeds.

I mixed well to homogenize. Pudding looks like this.

After about an hour it gained consistency.

Then I put it in cups of 150 g / one and put them in the fridge the next day. Of course, they can be served immediately, but after they are cold, the pudding thickens better.

I decorated it with goji, chia seeds and mint leaves. It turned out delicious. Good job and good appetite!

How do we make the perfect dough for sugar-free American pancakes?

The dough for these American pancakes with bananas is simple and easy to make. To make it very fast I used the vertical mixer Tefal Quickchef of 1000 w together with the kneading and crushing accessory. This is a large container with a capacity of 3L that we can use to grind, knead, slice or scrape any ingredients. I use it for anything, when I have to chop vegetables or even meat or nuts. In it I first added bananas and liquid ingredients. I crushed them well enough to look like a thin paste. Then add the dry ingredients, ie flour, baking powder and salt. I mixed just to combine all the ingredients. Do not mix excessively because you will get some dense and hard pancakes.

To bake the wonderful American pancakes with bananas I used a pancake pan. Leave the heat low to medium and cook each pancake until bubbles appear on the surface of the dough. Do not light the fire because they will burn before baking and inside. You can make them as big or small as you want, as you prefer. I like mediums, but for children they are nice little ones that I can handle more easily. You can serve them with whatever you like. With honey, chocolate, jam or jam. They are really wonderful, very fluffy and fragrant. If you are a fan of pancakes, try the recipe the pancake tray. It is easy to make and very tasty.

1. Homemade Ice Cream: Basic Principles for Getting a Delicious Ice Cream

If you've ever tried to make homemade ice cream and failed, you've probably had something like this: the mixture froze, but there was a nauseating juice underneath, it didn't have the desired taste, it didn't have the desired texture. What went wrong?

Well, you have to understand that there are many types of ice cream and different methods of preparation. We will refer to two of them: ice cream and sorbet. The difference between these two is the amount of air that will exist in the mixture. The ice cream is mixed to be more airy, resulting in a fine, creamy texture that is easy to take with a spoon. Sorbet, on the other hand, is a mixture with less air. It does not mix as much, which will result in a denser, harder mixture, maybe even with ice crystals.

Are there any principles you should know before making your first homemade ice cream? Sure! One of the main mistakes most housewives make is to put the mixture directly in freezer. To get good results, especially if the recipe requires boiling or heating the ingredients, it is necessary to keep the mixture in the refrigerator overnight. At this stage, the fat crystallizes and the surrounding proteins are dissipated. The fat molecules will stick together, thus capturing air bubbles, which will make the texture of the ice cream finer.

Also, for any homemade ice cream with a fine texture, it is necessary to beat the mixture to obtain a fluffy consistency. If you have an ice cream machine, you can do this directly separately, and ice crystals will already form in this process. If not, you can use one mixer.

Only after you do these steps will you be able to put the mixture in an tray that you will keep in the freezer for a few hours.

Banana and coconut cookies & # 8211 recipe

          • 2 large bananas
          • 80 g of coconut
          • 100 g of raw brown sugar
          • 125 ml of oil
          • 300 g of flour
          • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
          • 1 sachet of baking powder
          • ½ teaspoon of salt
          • optional flavors: 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, anise, vanilla, rum, etc.

In order for these biscuits to turn out as flavorful as possible, the bananas must be very well baked. If the ones you have are greener, let them darken slightly for a few days. Thus their aromatic sweetness will mature.

& # 8211 Put the peeled and broken bananas in the blender, along with the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Transfer the dough obtained in a large bowl, in which you will make the biscuit dough.

& # 8211 Add the oil and sugar, and mix well.

& # 8211 Incorporate flour with baking powder, salt, cinnamon and other flavors, if using. Use the whisk to mix the ingredients as smoothly and finely as possible.

& # 8211 At the end, add the coconut flakes and mix once more.

& # 8211 The resulting dough should be sticky and thick.

& # 8211 Prepare the tray (one rectangular, or large enough to fit as many cookies as possible). Grease it with a little oil, and place baking paper in it.

& # 8211 The amount of dough for a cookie is about a tablespoon. After taking the dough with a spoon, shape it in the palms previously greased with a little oil in the form of slightly flattened balls. Place the balls in the tray. You may need to bake two cookie trays to drain the entire amount of dough.

& # 8211 Bake the banana biscuits for about 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, or until golden or browner, depending on preference. Place the tray above in the oven, so that it browns evenly and does not burn too hard at the base.

These wonderful biscuits are soft on the inside and very flavorful, and on the outside they are slightly crunchy.
